Slabs: Technistone slabs are warranted for a period of 10 years from the date of installation to be free of manufacturing defects in residential interior applications.

Tiles: Technistone tiles are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of installation in interior applications.

Normal wear of the product based on specific uses, traffic and maintenance methods are to be expected and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is limited solely to replacement of material only.

While Technistone is heat resistant under normal cooking conditions, extreme heat may affect the beauty of any quartz surface. Technistone recommends the use of trivets for roasting pans, skillets and electronic countertop cooking devices. Damage caused by negligence, abuse or extreme heat is not covered under warranty.

All claims regarding warranted products must be addressed in writing to Technistone USA, Inc. and Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies. Technistone is made with natural stone products and shade variation is inherent. Claims concerning obvious defects, specifications and or shade variation must be made before installation or fabrication. Installation or fabrication of the product constitutes acceptance of the product/specification.

Technistone will not be responsible for any problems related to installation and/or maintenance. No claims will be accepted if product is used for exterior purposes.
